Hi, I'm Aiden
About
I'm a fourth-year Medical Bioinformatics student at Western, finishing in April 2027.
Most of what I build starts the same way. I go looking for the question underneath the one I was handed, build the thing that answers it, and say how far the answer actually goes. A 3D biomechanics pipeline where missing joints get flagged rather than filled in. A diagnostic assistant that answers from cited sources and refuses the cases it isn’t confident about. A health-economics model of whether a genetic test is worth ordering in the first place.
The subject matter moves around. Plant pathology, golf swings, Ontario lab policy, Canadian housing data. The method doesn’t.
Outside of that I coach U13 lacrosse in Simcoe, play hockey, and run a science YouTube channel that has picked up about 20 million views.
